The Friends of Crookston Castle and Grounds are dedicated to promoting the only medieval castle still standing in Glasgow.

Although the castle is only a pale shadow of its former self it is an important piece of local and national heritage that deserves our attention.

The Friends organise regular events in and around the castle and have created a series of digital resources to inform and entertain anyone interested in local history.

On this site you will find a growing collection of Crookston Castle resources from a photo gallery of the current ruin to a 3D visualisation of the castle as it may have looked in 1480 AD.
